Automatic 3-axis CNC milling machine for precision machining of aluminium snap-in muntins
At the request of our client, we designed and manufactured an automatic 3-axis CNC milling machine for machining removable (snap-in/clip-on) aluminium decorative muntins. Our proprietary servo-driven control system ensures high precision, speed and repeatability of the process, enabling effective machining of profiles with a width of 25 to 60 mm and a length of up to 2,500 mm.
I present an automatic 3-axis milling machine for machining removable (snap-in/clip-on) decorative aluminium muntins, manufactured to our customer’s specifications.
The milling machine was manufactured based on a proprietary CNC control system based on servo drives, which allows for precise, fast and repeatable machining of aluminium profiles ranging from 25 to 60 mm used in the construction of muntins.
