I present an automatic 3-axis milling machine for machining removable (snap-in/clip-on) decorative aluminium muntins, manufactured to our customer’s specifications.

The milling machine was manufactured based on a proprietary CNC control system based on servo drives, which allows for precise, fast and repeatable machining of aluminium profiles ranging from 25 to 60 mm used in the construction of muntins.
