About us

Automation Dariusz Kulik is an industrial automation integrator based in Białystok, Poland, operating for 15 years. We design, build and commission robotic workstations, semi-automatic machines and machine control systems — from concept, through the program and control cabinet, to commissioning on the shop floor and as-built documentation.

The workshop is located at ul. Ciesielska 2/20 in Białystok. Projects are delivered throughout Poland.

What we do

• Machine retrofit and modernisation — replacing the control layer on mechanically sound machines: new PLC, operator panel, drives and wiring.
• Robotic workstations and automation cells — robot and gripper selection, part feeding, fencing and safety functions, line integration.
• HMI panels and PLC controllers — programming, operator screen design, integration over Modbus, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP, component selection and supply.
• CNC milling and purpose-built machines — machining of aluminium profiles to customer drawings and building dedicated servo-driven machines.

How we work

Every project starts with a site visit — we assess the process as it actually runs, not from a description. A quotation with the scope of work and schedule follows within 48 hours of the visit. Design, cabinet prefabrication and software preparation take place off-site, so downtime is limited to changeover and commissioning. Each delivery closes with acceptance tests, operator instruction and as-built documentation.

Selected results

• Dairy CIP station — damaged Siemens panel replaced with an Xinje TG in under a week, around 70% saving against the original panel price, the S7 controller untouched.
• Crate assembly robot — productivity up by more than 40%, over 400 cycles per hour.
• Shaver head assembly machine — threefold throughput increase with zero defects, settings changed from the panel without a programmer.
• Three-axis CNC milling machine — precision machining of aluminium snap-in muntins 25–60 mm wide and up to 2500 mm long.
• Carton forming machine — a semi-automatic machine for the packaging industry built on an Xinje XC series PLC.
